  • 아래의 경우 수율과 titer이 보장 되지 않습니다. 독성 유전자, 바이러스 패키징을 방해하는 유전자, 세포 또는 렌티바이러스 RNA 완전성을 방해하는 유전자, 재배열이나 이차 구조에 취약한 서열, 뉴클레오프로테인, 막관통 단백질, 수용체 유전자, LTR 사이가 6.5kb를 초과하는 유전자 등등이 있습니다.
